Keneth Yekonia Hilary , Director and founder of Victory Against Cancer Foundation is  a pharmacist, a public health enthusiast and health system reform aspirant who believes in the universal right to primary health care for all and social protection. He is  passionate about quality improvement of health care in low-resource settings and reforming health and social systems for better change. He is driven to support health strategies, policies and programs that enable sustainable health improvement within the community.

He joined  medical school in 2013 at Catholic University of Health and Allied Science for the Bachelor of pharmacy  . His undergraduate education has prepared him well for his chosen career, that any successful health intervention or education program would of necessity if  takes into account the very real belief in community.

His  life grew with sense and spirit of community actions he became interested with community health   since 2014 one year letter after joining the medical school, In 2017 he started an initiative to support children and adult that live with cancer by advocating community health  awareness, early screening  to both infectious and non infectious disease by found a non profit organization known as Victory Against Cancer Foundation that operates in Tanzania mainland.

He holds Bachelor of Pharmacy from Catholic University of Health and Allied sciencies . His research focuses on the role of community in cancer prevention and early diagnosis. He has under gone various courses including Health financing policy for universal coverage ,monitoring and evaluation ,Clinical pharmacokinetics ,Pharmaceutical skills & Cytotoxic drugs handling and preparation in clinical trial studies. He has an experince over 6 years working with the health system in tanzania .
